We absolutely loved our stay! The kids enjoyed the heated rooftop pool and relaxing Jacuzzi while we appreciated the stunning views of the city. The spacious rooms allowed everyone to feel comfortable, and the complementary breakfast vouchers were a nice touch.

My stay was amazing, especially enjoying the spacious Ponce De Leon Junior Suite with a lovely city view. The location was fantastic, with many shops and dining options just a short walk away. While the elevators could be a bit tricky at times, the room was well-decorated and comfortable, making it a cozy retreat after exploring the area.

my stay at the autograph collection was fantastic! the staff were super welcoming and attentive, especially a lovely lady named cynthia. the rooms were spacious and comfy. loved how close it was to great shops and the starbucks across the street. overall, just a perfect experience!

The location offered plenty of nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance, enhancing the stay significantly. Room service provided excellent food, including aged USDA prime steaks, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. However, noise issues from late-night partygoers disrupted sleep quality, and valet service was lacking, as our car was parked far from the entrance, making for an inconvenient experience.

I got a chance to experience some superb room service food that blew me away, best hamburger and sweet potato fries I’ve had for a while. The staff treated me like royalty from check-in to check-out, every need met without question, just incredible.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what you get, I’d say it’s worth every penny.

Our stay for 4 nights was mostly enjoyable. The city view from our suite was lovely, and the spacious balcony added a nice touch. However, valet service took ages, and a coffee request went unnoticed, making mornings a bit frustrating. Try dining nearby for more options!

The Junior Suite was super spacious and had a nice city view. The bed was really comfy, and I loved the sofa bed too. Only downside was the heavy perfume smell in the room which was a bit overwhelming. Overall, the room was nicely decorated, just needed to dial down the scent a bit.

Fantastic location with great amenities

During my stay, I enjoyed the superb location close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore Coral Gables. The spacious room was well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. However, I found the pool hours to be quite limited, closing too early for a Miami hotel.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Coral Gables Museum and enjoyed great meals at nearby eateries. The family suite was perfect for us. spacious with a cool bunk bed setup for the kids. The staff was super friendly and helpful which made our stay even better.

However, the noise from the hallway was disruptive at night, especially with the large gap under the door.
